ICX 7150 will not power on

My unit will flash lights when plugged in and then no other activity (green lights on front or ability to access via app).

I still receive the same response as the time lapse images. Everything flashes after plugging in and then there are no LEDs illuminated.

Please let us know whether you have tried the factory reset or not. If yes please follow the below steps to solve the issue.

 

If the factory reset step doesn't work, we need to perform a software recovery.

Yes I did try the factory reset. The results were the unit flickered lights and then nothing else occurred. 

the link to perform software recovery takes me to a “url not found” error screen.

I cannot complete the software as the unit does not power on so I cannot establish a connection. While working through the software instructions I cannot get past the putty piece as it times out trying to connect.
