ICX 7150 will not power on

My unit will flash lights when plugged in and then no other activity (green lights on front or ability to access via app).

The r510 has no lights as there is no power from the ICX7150. The ICX 7150 just flashes when plugged in and then no other lights. I have pictures/video but I cannot attach here. When I select the insert/edit image I get a box asking for Source, Image Description and Dimensions but no way to select from my computer.

Thanks for the detailed description.

1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick .

1. Remove power from the switch.
2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.
