ICX 7150 restore failing

we had a power outage right after ICX7150 did not come up. I have tried to reboot manually following with exiting post which did not help. 

After setting the environment variable, no IP address is reachable. host is not alive as shown below output.

AP version is 200.10.10.5.246. 

I have re-installed the app, still running with the same. I am unable login. please let me know how it can be fixed?

Thank you for the response and the update.

You are unable to log into the RUCKUS Unleashed App your APs are on the older version.

We suggest you Upgrading your R510 Access Points to version 200.14.6.1.199 which was recently released.
