ICX 7150 restore failing

we had a power outage right after ICX7150 did not come up. I have tried to reboot manually following with exiting post which did not help. 

After setting the environment variable, no IP address is reachable. host is not alive as shown below output.

I have connected and one of AP is not functioning and speed is very low as compared with internet provider device.

and, I am unable to login in Unleashed app. getting network connection error but I connected to the Lennar wifi. I was able to login via webbrowser but didn't work to connect app.

I have allowed network connect on app.

Thank you for the response and the detailed information you shared.

It may be because of the old Unleashed version.

Could you please login to your Unleashed system on a web browser using the Master AP IP Address or ‘unleashed.ruckuswireless.com’? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.

Please refer to the below screenshots for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details. 

Please check, help us with the above-requested information, and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
