ICX 7150 Won't Write to Flash

I have an ICX 7150 running on the latest SPR UFI code. I am trying to upgrade to the Switch firmware but I am getting an error writing to flash. I have tried from the Web CLI and the console through SSH. Each time, it copies and fails at 25% when writing. I have tried a new download and after several reboots, but no go. I have saved off the support files from the web upgrade.

Thank you for the response and the confirmation.

We suggest you upgrade to a recommended stable version.

The recommended stable version is 8095g (08.0.95g) 

Below is the explanation to perform the Upgrade on the switch via the TFTP method: 

The following guide is an example of an upgrade via TFTP server, by using an application (FREE) to send files or upload remote files to a device, in our case, we will use it to update a new version to the Switch, basically, it will send the image version remotely from the computer to the switch.

Please download the 08.0.95g files from the portal and start the upgrade. Please skip the 08080f part from the above guide, and directly start from-

copy tftp flash 192.168.1.211 SPS08095gufi.bin primary

File required to Upgrade: As shown in the below screenshot.

Please upgrade as explained above/from the link and let me know if you are stuck at any point or have any queries in this regard.

Please reboot the Switch once by performing the below commands and try once again:

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command 

enable

reload

y
