ICX 7150 Won't Write to Flash

I have an ICX 7150 running on the latest SPR UFI code. I am trying to upgrade to the Switch firmware but I am getting an error writing to flash. I have tried from the Web CLI and the console through SSH. Each time, it copies and fails at 25% when writing. I have tried a new download and after several reboots, but no go. I have saved off the support files from the web upgrade.

As per the case description, I could understand that you need assistance in Upgrading your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.

May I know the Current Version your Switch is running on?

And also, please help us with the screenshot of the error you are getting on CLI when you are trying to upgrade.
