Hi there,

power outage and now the switchboard and AP’s are not working properly. The switch is showing power and SYST is amber while the AP are completely not showing any lights. I have unplugged for awhile and plugged back in and waited but nothing.

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Based on the screenshot you shared, seems like Putty is unable to fetch the firmware files from TFTP server.

Could you please check and confirm, if you have completed configurations, downloaded the firmware files and TFTP application as described in the guide from step 5 onwards?

Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

  • Could you please let us know if you are able to console into the switch ?
  • Please help us with picture of front panel of the switch when powered on ?

I got the lights to flash but not sure what else to do in the computer. nothing shows up so i let them know to see if they can help
