Recently my AP's started to periodically lose power. After doing some troubleshooting I noticed that when the ports on my switch were lit, the AP's worked. If not, the AP's would not work. Rebooting the switch would restore the AP's for a limited amount of time. One AP would restore quicker than the other but eventually they both would go out. I was able to log into the switch and see that the software has not been updated since we moved into our home in 2017. I don't know if this could be causing the problem. I also notice all admin states were on, but I do see a low voltage alert on the ports. I have been rebooting the switch for several days now, but the AP's won't restore. The port lights would blink sometimes when they were trying to boot up, but no lights at all now on the ports. All other ethernet cables on the switch are working fine. I have tried switching the ports the AP's are plugged into, but still get no power.

Hi @dhill
Thanks for your response,
Based on the images you have shared it seems like the PoE of the ports from 1/1/7 to 1/1/12 was in the off/disabled state, as a result of which you were unable to get the ports working. Please enable it back using the below steps and try to upgrade the switch to the code 08095g. Here I share the guide on how to upgrade the switch.
Enabling PoE:
Lennar#configure terminal
Lennar(config)#interface ethernet 1/1/7 to 1/1/12
Lennar(config-mif-1/1/1-1/1/12)#inline power
Lennar(config-mif-1/1/1-1/1/12)#write memory
Lennar(config-mif-1/1/1-1/1/12)#show inline power

Yes I understand. The instructions talk about checking to make sure the ports are not admin off which would stop the port from sending power to the access points. When I check the ports on my switch, they are already on. Should I disregard this and still run the command?
