ICX 7150-12P Switch disconnecting multiple times a day

Hello. I have been working with my local IT support for almost three weeks trying to figure out why my internet connection drops so many times a day. The individual I spoke with to day said that after all we have tried that it is time to reach out to Ruckus about my switch. He pulled up the logs for my switch and said it is "going up and down" and "disconnecting due to "heartbeat" loss way too often" (I have 306 notifications of this in the last 18 days). Can someone please assist me with this?

Could you please share a screenshot from Web login access of your Switch? by using the path Monitor>>Flash>>Flash Information. (Please refer to the below screenshot)

Thank you for the response and requested information you shared,

As both the partitions are running on the Switching Code. By this, we confirmed that there is no issue with the code.

Now, we have to confirm the Speed transmitted from the Switch Ports. Please follow as described below:

To check the speed transmitted from the Switch to the Access Point: There are Two ways:

I) By IP Address of the Switch

II) By Console Access to the Switch

  1.  I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily. 

How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:

Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router>

  1. Now, please perform the below commands from the CLI of the Switch and share the output of each command-

enable

show version

show inline power 
show interface brief

OR

Please share the Screenshots from the Unleashed dashboard as shown in the below picture:

  1. By Console access: If access via IP address is not possible here is a guide on how to access to the Switch via console (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB.

Once you are logged in to the ICX-7150-C12P please follow up the same steps that are on point '2'

How do I get to the Unleashed Dashboard? Putty and Mobaxterm do not work on my Mac. Sorry.

As discussed earlier, we have described in the guide how to get CLI access on Apple devices as well. Please refer to the below guide.

You must get the IP Address of the Access Point to get Access to the Dashboard. You can get the IP Address of the Access Point by IP Scanner as described in the above guide.

If you are unable to get the CLI Access or Unleashed Dashboard Access. Please get the console access to the Switch as described in ‘Point 3’ of the previous post. Getting console Access on Apple MAC is also described.
