Spent all day trying to reboot - now I can't add a pw!!!!!!

After buying a used router from The Goodwill Bins, I am unable to access the settings to secure my Wi-Fi with a password. The app isn’t opening, and the website is not loading.

Possible Causes:

The router’s IP address might have been changed by the previous owner.

The app may be incompatible with the router model.

Network conflicts might prevent access to the router’s control panel.
