Help setting up Wifi Router

I moved into a Lennar home that was owned by a prior owner.  I am not sure how to connect to the wifi.  I have tried resetting the router but I haven't been able to figure out how to connect.  I have working interest service from Spectrum that I can connect to a different wifi router, so I know if works.  I would rather use the RUCKUS router though as there are multiple wifi points in the house connected to it.
