After power outage, we have WiFi but no Ethernet connection, which I have to have for work. Hours of troubleshooting, resetting modem, resetting ruckus in ceiling, can’t get onto unleashed at all now - no config me option. Really need onsite help. Is that possible? Can I hire on-site help?
