Hello. I am a Lennar owner and have been on the community. I found an item which matches my problem exactly. It says I need an RMA and that the unit is dead. There is no way to connect to it without power. What do I do? It is a ICX 7150 C12P.

I hope this is what you are looking for. I have actually plugged it into 4 outlets. It will not show power in any.

Based on the troubleshooting done, and you confirm no power on, on the unit and is totally dead (no lights at all , This unit Should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.
