Hello. I am a Lennar owner and have been on the community. I found an item which matches my problem exactly. It says I need an RMA and that the unit is dead. There is no way to connect to it without power. What do I do? It is a ICX 7150 C12P.

Serial number on the device is FEK3222P19P.

Hope you are doing well!
1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
2-Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source

Thank you or the quick response. None. My situation fits the one by NorthKozar titled "Ruckus ICS 7150-C12P does not power on"

Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source
Could you please attached a picture/photo of that that the ICX - 7150 -C12 P is not powering up
Try that the photo includes the outlet where the cable that goes to the switch can be seen.
