Similar posts to this error ("You are not connected to Unleached network. Go to settings") did not solve my issue. Hence, reposting. The error is received from my iPhone 16 (IOS version 18.5). When I go to settings, as instructed, there's no option to get me to the Ruckus wireless.
I also cannot even reach the Master AP at https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/
...as suggested by an earlier post to see AP versions.

To assist you with your RUCKUS Access Points, please provide the following details:
Log in to your Unleashed system from a laptop web browser using either:
The Master Access Point’s IP address, or
https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com
Once logged in, please check the current firmware version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the dashboard.
Note: Make sure your laptop is connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi network or to the Internet to which the RUCKUS Switch is connected while attempting access.
As you're unable to log in via the above link, and if you do not know the IP address of your Access Point, please refer to the following guide to locate it:
Once you find the IP address and access the Unleashed dashboard, you should see the interface shown in the screenshot below. Please attempt to log in and share the requested information.

Ok, here is the screenshot for one of the AP's. They all are under the same version: 200.10.10.5.229.

Thank you for the response and the update.
I see your Unleashed system is on an older version. I suggest you upgrade the same.
Please follow the process below.
1. Log in to the Unleashed system and upgrade your RUCKUS Unleashed system to the recommended version as described in the mentioned RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article.
2. After upgrading all Access Points, uninstall the current Unleashed application on your mobile device and install the updated version.
3. Attempt to log in again and verify functionality.

Ok, Unleash system says to upgrade to version 200.10.10.5.246 but the downloaded is version 200.15.6.12.304. Is this ok to upgrade anyway?
