Connectivity issues

Past couple of weeks all devices show connected but certain devices will not load apps or browse or work at all. Sometimes having to disconnect from wireless network to load webpages or run app. When I strictly connect to ATT router no issues; even had customer service do some tests and it worked on their end (after making me unplug ruckus from their device) What is the issue? How do I get it to work properly?

Hi @ejh6727

If there is a slow connectivity issue, most possible your switch starts running the wrong code which we call ‘routing code’ this is a known issue.

If you have confirmed that internet is stable while you are connecting to the ISP router, but the issue persists while you are connecting to the access points or the switch, it looks like your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be booting from the secondary partition ( Note: Secondary partition contains the routing code)  which is causing the bad connectivity issues. This could happen after multiple power outages

2-Once we identified the IP address of the switch proceed to access remote to the device 'command Line'

3. Here is a quick guide to understand how to fix the 'routing code issue' but basically you need only need to run the following commands once you are on the command line 'CLI'

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command

enable

copy flash flash secondary

boot system flash secondary yes

Note:  if you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch.

So my wife may have unplug some things from the ruckus and now the switches (little boxes) are not turning on despite her best attempt to plug stuff back in (I don’t know if it’s in the correct order now. I.e. wires) main ruckus is powered but not the little boxes. What do I do ?

What order do they need to be in? How do I get this all working again?

I guess the little boxes are the access points? Either way they are not turning on, despite the main box being powered (still unsure other wires are in correct order)
