Im trying to configure my wifi but i tried factory reset on the ruckus switchboard icx7150-c12p but the configure. Me does not show up with my mac address

Thank you for the response.

I understand that you are unable to find Configure.me after completing the reset.

Could you please confirm if you are performing reset connecting only one AP?

Also, May i please know if you are checking for Configure.me when the PWR light is blinking green as per the video shared in the previous post?
