I have changed out my internet provider and need to update my ruckus. I have everything set up and have repeatedly done a factory reset with the AP, but it won’t trigger the configuration Wi-Fi for me to process the set-up.
any suggestions?
Also, I’d prefer to set-up the ruckus to connect via Wi-Fi rather than be hardwired, is that possible? (I do have it hardwired currently but can’t get it set up)

Normally when you change the ISP, you should have to do any changes to your Access Points, now can you confirm that you got a router from the new ISP instead of a regular modem, you can even share the model, so we can help you to confirm.
