Cannot Connect to Configure.me

I recently purchased a previously owned Lennar home and I am struggling to get RUCKUS set up. So far I have:
- Factory reset master AP (identified by solid green CTRL light)
- Connected 2 APs to one of 12 ports
- Connected coax -> ISP modem -> wireless router -> switch (one of 12 ports)
- Confirmed internet connection by wifi connection via router
wired connection from switch to computer
- Identified configure.me wifi connection

The step that I am having trouble is actually trying to connect to Configure.Me-XXXXXX network. I have tried both my iPhone, and Macbook without success. For the phone, it just constantly shows its attempt at connecting to the network. When I try to use RUCKUS Unleashed app, I get "You are connected to config.me however the connection to the Unleashed AP is not established yet..." For the laptop, after 20-30 seconds I get unable to connect to the wifi icon.

Since they are typically requested, I was going to upload photos of the switch set up and AP lights but for some reason the forum states "You do not have permission to upload images."

Based on the description, the light on AIR is off and the light on the Radio 5g shows Amber when the WAP is configured but no clients are connected to that specific radio or WAP (Which means the radio signal is on, but you have no devices connected (phone, computer so ion)).

 

 

Please verify the connections from the access points and ICX 7150 -C12 P that the cable seems to be in good conditions.

Also please check the connection between the ISP router to the Ruckus ICX7150 Switch, because if this connection it's not working you will never get internet connection, just the AP will be powering up, because the Switch will provide power only. The yellow ports must be connected to your AP and your ISP router.

Jayavidhya,

To my knowledge the cable between switch and AP are good. I checked back of AP and the cable is plugged into the port appropriately. I don't know how, outside of visual inspection, that the connection is good. I thought the AP getting power is a good indicator, is it not?

I have confirmed internet connection is good by directly plugging in my computer to one of the 12 ports on the switch.
