I recently purchased a previously owned Lennar home and I am struggling to get RUCKUS set up. So far I have:
- Factory reset master AP (identified by solid green CTRL light)
- Connected 2 APs to one of 12 ports
- Connected coax -> ISP modem -> wireless router -> switch (one of 12 ports)
- Confirmed internet connection by wifi connection via router
wired connection from switch to computer
- Identified configure.me wifi connection
The step that I am having trouble is actually trying to connect to Configure.Me-XXXXXX network. I have tried both my iPhone, and Macbook without success. For the phone, it just constantly shows its attempt at connecting to the network. When I try to use RUCKUS Unleashed app, I get "You are connected to config.me however the connection to the Unleashed AP is not established yet..." For the laptop, after 20-30 seconds I get unable to connect to the wifi icon.
Since they are typically requested, I was going to upload photos of the switch set up and AP lights but for some reason the forum states "You do not have permission to upload images."

Please try to perform the physical factory reset of the access points using the below guide.
NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

I performed the AP reset as instructed twice. Again, Configure.MeXXXXXX pops up once AP resets but I am unable to connect to it using my phone or laptop.

Please try to login to the unleashed system in web browser as mentioned below and share the status of the switch and access points in the unleashed dashboard as mentioned below.

As mentioned on the very first post, that is the problem. Neither my phone OR computer can connect to the Configure.Me to even try to check in app or browser. My phone will be forever stuck on attempts to connect, and laptop gives me error saying it cannot connect.
