Hello there!
I am trying to manage my network from the Ruckus Unleashed app, since I recently bought a previously-owned Lennar home and am trying to change the network SSID and password. I am using an iPhone (IOS 16), which I know has been having trouble logging into the Unleashed network. However, when I try to change the destination to the AP IP address on the Unleashed app, I keep getting the error code: "Login failed. Please try again.". I know that the username and password are correct, so I do not know why I am getting this error message.
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Please let us know whether your internet connection is working fine or not.
Also please try to access the unleashed via web browser and let us know whether you are getting the same error or not.
