Boxes aren’t working

The AP’s have no lights showing anymore for either box. I unplugged the one and tried to reset the main one and nothing changed. Not sure even where to begin as the home was set up for these with no guidance initially and never correctly set up. I have pictures that I will add to the post please help I am very technologically inept and majorly confused and frustrated. Thank you so much for your time!

Thanks for your information,

 

Based on the images you have shared it seems like the cable coming from the router/ access points has been wrongly connected to the switch.

 

 

So please make sure that the cable is connected to one of the 12 ports of the switch as mentioned below and check the LED status of the switch.

 

 

If there is no change in the LED status of the switch please try to do the factory reset of the switch using the below steps.

 

1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  1.  Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.
