Bought new Lennar home. No info given about Ruckus

I just bought a Lennar smart home. I got no instructions or info about anything the house has to offer. It has been trial and error trying to get the Ruckus working. We have 2 access points that we have reset everything seems to be running fine. One has power green and two amber lights for 5g and 2.4g. The other has 2 green lights one for power and the other for CTL and the same amber lights. I have no login info or even how to log in for them. I have reset both of the AP but haven't reset the ICX 7150. When I try to access the Configure.me nothing come up I don't even see a Configure.me in the wifi settings. My last resort now is this request and resetting the ICX 7150
