Astound wave once again is not working in our home and blaming ruckus stating our router is fine and ruckus is the problem. All equipment shows working and running they tested it but nothing actually connects they've gone from saying we were an empty lot to a house that they had to rig to get to work then now to I call and they're saying where townhome and only half of the house is working they replaced a cord on the side of the house same issue it shows that it's full status and working and will not connect to anything told us not their fault and it is ruckus
