Ap went down

Had a power surge and Ap went down. Did a power cycle and a factory reset and that did not do anything. Even tried to console in and recover software, but could not get that to work. Just need to RMA the device and get a new one set up. Any recommendations on fixing the issue if a power surge happens?

I have already tried all of those. Those were the first things I tried. None of those worked.

We cannot replace the chassis until you confirm that the hardware is damaged.  

Please provide the screenshot of the error while trying the software recovery process also factory reset.

The second picture that I sent is the exact thing you are asking for. It gives me the error of the file does not exist. These are using the exact instructions I was given.
