Hi, My switch is ICX 7150-C12P. After power outage, It is showing Amber/Orange light on "SYST" and Green light on "PWR" & NO lights on APs. I have tried to reset, while powering on. It keep stuck at booting with orange lights flashing, I searched forum and  tried to perform the software recovery using windows laptop. I am stuck at connectivity with switch shows "not live". Not sure what to do. I really appreciate if you can help me fix the issue or approve RMA.

Thanks,

Hello @Nishanthm

Have you checked this article?

NO Power on Access Points and ICX-7150-C12P Switch with GREEN lights on SYST & PWR and PoE disabled

If you aren't able to find the IP address, you also can access the switch with a console cable, please see below:

How to console in the ICX-7150-12CP 'Ruckus Switch

Feel free to contact me if you have questions.

Hi,

For me Amber/Orange light on "SYST" & Green light on "PWR".

I have tried both below links, I used C-type cable and usb with windows. I was not getting response from switch.  (response is "is not alive")

Hi @Nishanthm

To access by console must install a driver so that the workstation/pc/desktop or laptop can recognize the cable

Make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file ,driver should be installed.

If after attempting this, you still cannot access the ICX and nothing is displayed in PuTTY, please try using another cable. The cable should be Type-C to Type A (standard USB).

Hi,

After multiple hard restart, it powered up and running fine now, but im afraid, when i restart it may have same issue. Is there any way we can check to make everything is fine with it. I have also upgraded to latest firmware.
