Hi @DaveU 

 

Based on your description it seems like you have entered into Access Points CLI. Please try to find the correct Ruckus IP address using the below link. 

 

How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:

If you find any difficulties to find the IP address please share the screenshot of the image while scanning the IP using IP scanner.

if i log into the other address, this is what i see:
