Admin State: On ; Oper State: non-PD

Hello,

First off, I previously put a post about my ruckus not allowing for recovery and was unable to reply due to being away for work. I am very sorry for not responding and really appreciate the timely responses that I received from you guys. 

Secondly, I was able to hard reset my Ruckus device to be able to use Putty. It showed that the admin state was on for all terminals, but showed non-PD for the oper state. I have pictures to show if needed, but my Switch connection was cut again so I no longer have access to Putty. I am trying to hard reset it again, but it may take a while to get back again.\

Why does the Oper state say non-pd and how do I repair that? I have a ICX-7150-C12P Switch. I appreciate your time and I ensure that I respond in a timely manner when I get a response this time. I apologize again and I thank you all very much in advance.

Good evening,

My Switch is showing amber for system and I’ve tried hard resetting about 10 times. I’m going to let it run through the night and check on it in the morning, but I’ve experienced the reset’s continued blinking after hours of leaving it in the process. Are there any tips to successfully resetting the switch or wasting less time trying to reset it? I appreciate any help!

From the response you shared, I understand that you were trying to reset the Switch multiple times and you are seeing Amber light on the SYST light.

Could you please confirm if you were able to perform software recovery once the reset is completed?

Good morning,

My ruckus has been unable to reset after multiple times and leaving it in the process for long hours too. Could you please provide a solution for resetting please? As well an alternative to trying to get into the system?

Thank you for the response.

I understand that you are unable to reset even after trying multiple times.

If the reset doesn't work, we would request you to please perform Software recovery.
