I have ruckus 7510-C12p with 2 R510 APs on each floor. Replaced router to Netgear AX1800. Internet drops frequently.

How do i login to unleashed system? are you referring to unleashed app? or web browser. Do I use the IP address for switch to login?

Up on providing the credentials, the system state changed to "connecting" but, no change for several minutes thereafter.

I would suggest you upgrade the firmware of the Switch since the Switch is on the older version.
Before proceeding with the upgrade, we would need to check few configurations of the switch.
Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
Enable
Show ip ssh config
