My access point won't turn on after a power outage both system lights are showing green not Amber so don't do the reset not sure what to do here

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, and Access Points do not have power.
Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?
Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports. Also, light the status of Access Points.

Answer to question 1. The unit was working before. We have had multiple power outages from time to time with no issues.
2. Both lights are green picture attached
2 access points no lights on either of them
