Access points dead...no lights on

Both APs are not working and no lights are on. I unplugged the APs, thr switch, the modem and router and replugged, and I disconnected the POE cables from switch and reconnected them, but it's still not working. Please help.

For detailed understanding of the issue, please let us know the below details.

 

On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?

Sys and Pwr lights are on

Hi @Doureid 

 

For further troubleshooting steps, please provide the detailed LED status of the switch. Do you see any green and amber lights on your PWR and SYS on your switch.
