Hello,
We had a separate wifi name for our access point and it disappeared but there are no lights showing on it either. How can I go about fixing this? I also do not what model we have since it is on the ceiling.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @CM22
Hope you are doing well !
Are you a Lennar Homes user?
Because it can be that after a power outage or reboot the Switch ICX -7150-C12P ( main box in cabinet closet ) stop proving power to the Access Point so for that reason there are no lights on.
If you have more than 1 Access Point could you please check or Swap cables on the Switch
I leave a short guide for most common Lennar setups :
Most common Setups for Lennar homes users:
Also if the ICX-7150-C12P has a yellow light on the system should be stuck on boot mode ( issue during the boot process )
If you are not a Lennar home user please connected the AP in a another PoE Switch or Power injector to confirm that the AP is faulty ( look at the model in the sticker to provided the correct Power to the model )
how to remove the AP from the ceiling.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFD_ByQWGH0

I am a Lennar home owner. I did try the first suggestion link, that did not change anything. I did view the ICX -7150-C12P ( main box in cabinet closet ) and it has a steady amber light on the System status LED.

Hi @CM22
Thanks I will be moving the Post to the correct board of the forum for Lennar home users.
1-Please try to disconnected from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.
If that does not make any difference we need to preform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash are corrupted so in basic words unable to boot up properly.
1-We need to access ( physical ) using one of he cable to the ICX-7150C12P mentioned on the below guide :
How to console in the ICX-7150-12cp
Once we are there we can try to boot up the unit using the following commands :
Boot_primary or Boot_secondary
If that step does not work Software recovery needs to be applied
Here is the guide :
