Hello, We had a separate wifi name for our access point and it disappeared but there are no lights showing on it either. How can I go about fixing this? I also do not what model we have since it is on the ceiling. Thanks in advance.
I am a Lennar home owner. I did try the first suggestion link, that did not change anything. I did view the ICX -7150-C12P ( main box in cabinet closet ) and it has a steady amber light on the System status LED.
