Hi @ah07

Thank you for the response.

Yes, you can unplug any ONE of them and perform a factory reset on the other one. The one on which you perform the factory reset will become the Master.

Thank you again.

Best regards,

Hi Imran,

Stay with me please! I know its almost quitting time back East. I'm on the West coast and I really need to get this working! 😄

I completed the factory reset and plugged in the 2nd AP. This is still what is showing.

AP #1

AP #2

And the wireless connection is still slow.

What are my next steps?

Thank you!!

Wireless meaning wi-fi. The wi-fi connection is still slow.

Hi @ah07

Thank you for the response and the update.

Everything looks fine. I would suggest checking with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) once.

Also, as your Access Points are on an older version 200.7.10.2.339 (As highlighted in the below screenshot) please upgrade them and check.

We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version 200.14.6.1.203 which is recently released.

Please refer to the below videos for the Upgrade process:

Once you upgrade your ALL Access Points, please check the Wi-Fi internet connectivity.

Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

I'm starting on this upgrade.

Do you happen to know which lights for the APs should be on and/or flashing to show that it is working correctly?
