Please describe the lights of the not working Access Point, and confirm if the devices connected to the Switch are all online and the only offline is the affected access point.
1:Provide the status of the LED lights of the affected access point (color description associate with the type, Example power green blinking):
R510 LED lights
2:If you have access to the Unleashed APP or Dashboard web access, check the status of the affected access Point(off-line, getting an IP address or Software mismatch)

3:If it shows as disconnected, click on the access point to get more details and provide the screenshot.
