APs will no longer power up after power outage

We had a power outage yesterday and the APs will no longer light up with power. The switch in the basement lights up but nothing going to the APs. I have reset the switch in the basement and cycled thru the cat 5 cables. I also restarted my router. I also took the AP off the ceiling and reset it and still no lights power on. I have 2 and they both are not working. Any guidance? This is for a lennar home.

I reset it about 30 times with no luck. While I had it hooked up to my computer and in putty it would would open up a putty window but it wouldn’t let me type. I then looked at my switch and everything was green. So my guess is just connecting to the com5 was enough to knock it out of boot? Seems weird but it’s working now.

Hello @Smyff3 ,

Thank you for the response.

I am glad that it is up and running now.

As per the previous response, the Switch was stuck in the boot mode as the SYST lights was showing as Amber.

The lights turned green as the reset was completed successfully, the reset might work after multiple attempts.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
