APs will no longer power up after power outage

Smyff3

We had a power outage yesterday and the APs will no longer light up with power. The switch in the basement lights up but nothing going to the APs. I have reset the switch in the basement and cycled thru the cat 5 cables. I also restarted my router. I also took the AP off the ceiling and reset it and still no lights power on. I have 2 and they both are not working. Any guidance? This is for a lennar home.

Thank you for sharing the response.

From the response you shared, I understand that the status lights on the Switch is Amber and the PWR light is Green, which means that the Switch is stuck in a boot mode

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.
