Hello,

When I'm attempting to upgrade the AP's using the app the following error message appears "Failed to Fetch Versions" Recently I upgraded the internet speed to 1Gb and when I'm performing the speed test less than 100 Mbps is downloading or uploading  to my device.

Hi,
Now the test result shows significant improvement. The average speed is around 450 Mbps. I went to ruckus app and still have the issue upgrading the switches.

Could you please confirm if you are looking to upgrade the firmware version of Ruckus APs?

Also, could you please try accessing your Unleashed system using a laptop web browser? You can do this by entering the Master AP IP Address or by visiting https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/. Just make sure you're connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi network.

If you’re still unable to access it and don’t know the IP address of your access points, please refer to the guide below for help in locating the IP address:

Once you've found the IP address of the AP, you should be able to log in and see the Unleashed dashboard. 

Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.

Please refer to the below screenshot for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details.

Hello,

The version is 200.15.6.212.27. It seems that using the link provided I can upgrade or downgrade the software but when I'm trying upgrading by using the Ruckus app the same message pops up.

Besides the previous issue, Do I need to activate the mesh? any other guidance to follow in the setting configuration?
