Cant connect to the ruckus page

I am trying to login in 2-3 years i am not able to login in to the https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with accessing RUCKUS Unleashed web dashboard.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

To assist you with your RUCKUS Access Points, please provide the following details:

Log in to your Unleashed system from a laptop web browser using: The Master Access Point’s IP address

Note: Make sure your laptop is connected to the Internet Service Providers Router to which the RUCKUS devices are connected.

If you're unable to log in via the above link or do not know the IP address of your Access Point, please refer to the following guide to locate it:

Once you find the IP address and access the Unleashed dashboard, you should see the interface shown in the screenshot below. Please attempt to log in and share the requested information.
