7150 have no status light and We don’t have any power at the R510 access point switches.
I have tried resetting the switches by unplug power but no luck.
I have connected modem only . Is there required model + router?

Hi @twmcc
Ok, the manual set up of your computer IP address will be 192.168.0.2, in the Switch IP address will be192.168.0.3, for mask in both will be 255.255.255.0 and the gateway for both will be 192.168.0.1, now your computer and the switch will have two connection in between.
1: Serial connection Type C/USB cable, where the USB will be in your computer and the type C in the console port in your switch, in the image will be port numbered#1 to your Switch and in your computer USB port (this connection will be just for the Console access)
2:This second connection will be an Ethernet cable from your switch port numbered #13 in the image belong and the Ethernet port in your computer (this connection allows you to have ping connectivity)
Now you can test ping from your computer CMD application and run the next commands:
Start button>type CMD>ping 192.168.0.3>enter
Note: please share how you have the connections between your computer and the Switch and the configuration from switch and computer IP address.

From Switch CLI:

From computer:
start>type CMD>

From device manager:

OK, Not having any luck. My ping fails.
I have run both driver installs, CP210x_VCP_Windows and CP210x_Windows_Drivers.
My cables are USB-C, port #1 to USB on my computer and Ethernet to port #13.
When I look at the Device Manager I see Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM4)
That's all. No Intel Active Management Technology as shown in the procedure.
Here are my Environment Variables
Not sure what I am missing??
