3rd owner of Lennar home. Unable to set up Ruckus switch and AP

Previous owner couldn't get Ruckus to work and didn't use it.  Original owner disconnected all the cables.  Ruckus switch has power led green solid, rest of led's flashing amber after attempting a reset.  Both AP's in house have zero power it appears as no led's are lit up.  One blue cable labeled "dmarc" is connected to ONT port of ATT fiber gateway.  Remaining cables hanging in cabinet are red, blue, green, and one white.  Using a Mac computer.  Please advise.

I performed the reset to the AP as instructed and it appeared to be going well and getting me to the point on the Unleashed app where I can set up the network.  I completed all those steps but then when I try to manage the network or log back in it just keeps telling me the message "You are not connected to Unleashed network. Go to Settings?"

 

I have visited the settings and everything looks correct.  I have also turned off auto join to my Fiber gateway so that it only stays on the new Ruckus WIFI I created and I still get the same message.

Could you please login to your Unleashed system on a web browser using the Master AP IP Address or ‘unleashed.ruckuswireless.com’? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.

Please refer to the below screenshots for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details.

Under the switch section it also says disconnected and the following...

"Unleashed system only supports ICX firmware version 08.0.90 or later."

Followed by pending to join and a place to log in.  I have tried to log in with various credentials and it doesn't work.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As I can see your Access Points are on an older version, that is the reason you are unable to log into the Unleashed App.

We suggest you Upgrading your R510 Access Points to version 200.14.6.1.199 which was recently released. Once you upgrade your Unleashed then we can see the Switch connectivity on Unleashed later.

I did the firmware upgrade and it now says the version is "200.14.6.1.203"

When I try to log into the app it says "Error! Login failed. Please try again."

I am entering the same credentials I used to log into the network and perform the upgrades.
