I can not get an R760 to join to Ruckus Cloud no matter what I try. I opened a support ticket 3 weeks ago but still no support 😞 Is Ruckus no longer offering support to its Cloud customers? Took over two weeks to get additional cloud licensing, and no support for its customers. It is getting worse.
My apologies, I believe the license issue is sorted out now, let us know if you have any issues related to licenses.
Also, AP R760 is not supported in the current cloud platform, and it will be compatible with the Ruckus one (future release).
Our cloud team is actively working on it.
