ruckus switch not working

had a power outage at my home and now the icx7150 switch is not working or powering my aps tried everything on the forum with no fix. tried resetting to factory default but now all the light are flashing amber for hours and still nothing. need help as my computers do not have Ethernet ports so i can not even get online hardwired

From the description above I understand that the issue you are facing is that 7150 switch is not booting up. I also see that you have mentioned the switch is installed in home. 

Could you let me know if you are from Lennar  Homes ? 

Are you able to access the switch using console ?
