I Am New in ruckus so that i dont know much about it, may i know is there simulation software is there to practice like packet tracer is there for cisco.

I don't directly understand your question.
Do you mean you want to mirror a port? or you want the switch to do the packet capture itself?

No we do not have a simulator.  You need to configure an actual switch.
