Rebooting stuck on putty

I am so disappointed in this product. I am stuck on the step for putty. It gives me error 2 unable to connect to com 3 it’s the correct com. System cannot find the file specified

From the details mentioned I suppose you are trying to access and connect to the switch 

Could you please let me know if you are from Lennar homes ? 

Which is the ICX switch model you are trying to access ?

Could you please upload the picture of error you are seeing when you are trying to connect to the switch and picture from the front panel of the switch to the portal ?
