Issues performing a software recovery on ICX7150

Hello,

I tried to follow the steps in this article https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-perform-a-Software-re.... I'm connected to the switch, but no Port shows up. I've downloaded the drivers suggested, and it is still not fixing the issue.

Hello @emoreno8

  • What operating system are you using (Windows, macOS, Linux)?

  • Are you using a USB-C to USB-A or USB-C to USB-C cable?

  • Have you tried a different USB cable or USB port on the PC?

  • Have you verified that the USB-C cable is capable of data transfer (not just charging)?

  • When you connect the switch, does the Device Manager (or equivalent) show any new device?

  • Have you tried connecting from a different computer?
