Is there an official way to request features?

Over the years, I've used a lot of various CLIs and each have their own awesome ideas.

So, is there a way to request features?

If so, tab auto complete of user defined options is AMAZING.

Also, "logging synchronous" and "Show display | top set" to show the commands to make the entire configuration.

Actually, 08.0.30x, 08.0.60x, 08.0.61, 08.0.70x all had system-level auto-complete as well.
