I don’t know what I have to provide for my device problem to fixed. I did all of the suggestions from RUCKUS forum provided to me. My device does not getting any power after plugging the power outlet. Once after blink amber light. I also provide all the photos and video still did not got approved for replacement. No power on the device how do I reset and follow the video link. I am so tired to solved this problem . Please can anyone help me out for fixed my problem.
