My icx7150 switch has quit working. I have unplugged it and tried the reset.  Nothing is working. When I unplug it and hold the rest button in and plug it back and the amber lights flash and go off I release the reset button. It goes dead again. Nothing is happening. I have good power in the cabinet. 

Please I need some help here.

Greetings!

As per the details shared we understand you are unable to access the switch. Could you please try below:

1) Use different power chord and power source.

2) Sometimes the switch would not work if the images have failed or stuck in boot mode. Could be recovered by following method. You need to access the switch via console and try to boot the primary or secondary partition like this: boot_primary or boot_secondary.

If the above boot_primary or boot_secondary does not help than you can recover the software using below method:

I'm not a network engineer,  get somebody out here to fix this I don't have the time or expertise to do this.
