It seems ssh is not enabled on the switch. Please try enabling ssh on the switch using cli.
Contact us via chat, comment that you already have a post that we have approved the RMA for you, copy the link from this post and paste it into the chat to initiate the unit replacement.

Hi flo253,
You would need to console (or telnet) into the switch and run these commands on the CLI.

I have installed the new switch. Will it always say switch is connecting and disconnected on the right hand side?
